The Utility Billing Office will be closed on December 13, at 1 pm. Please refer to our Payment Methods section below for ways to pay your bill. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 16, 2024.
The City’s drought contingency requirements encompass all Round Rock water customers, which includes residents in Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) outside the City limits. See if your property is within Round Rock’s water service area on the map.
In the Year-Round Water Use Standards, lawn irrigation is allowed following the Watering Schedule and must occur before 10:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m. See schedule here.New Residents

The City of Round Rock’s service area is distributed into four billing zones based on your property’s geographic location. Therefore, customers cannot change their due date.Â

- Phone – Call the toll-free number at 1-855-894-2392. Select “#” after your CID number and Account number, i.e., XXXXXX# XXXXXX#.
- Online Banking
- 24-Hour Deposit Box – Located along Bagdad Avenue at City Hall, 221 E. Main Street. Check or money orders only.
- Lobby – Located at City Hall, 221 E. Main Street, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.Â
- Regular Mail – Mail to Utility Billing, 221 E. Main Street, Round Rock, Texas, 78664.
