This project upgrades an existing 2-lane roadway to a new 5 lane divided arterial roadway with continuous left turn lane.

The City held public meeting on July 28, 2020, to share the preliminary design plans and hear feedback from the community. The materials shared at the public meeting and the meeting report including responses to public comment are available below. Design is complete. Utility relocation and Right-of-Way (ROW) must be completed before construction on the project can begin. Bid is scheduled for late 2025 with construction to follow in early 2026.
