Cardholders are now able to check out the internet just like a book. Mobile hotspots provide 24/7 access to the internet with unlimited data on the Verizon network. Mobile hotspots may be checked out at the third floor service desk. For more information, please call 512-218-7003.
Rules for Borrowing:
- 14-day checkout
- Must be 18 years or older to check out a hotspot
- Must have had a Round Rock Public Library for more than 30 days and their card must be in good standing and a valid Texas Drivers License or Texas State Identification
- 1 hotspot checkout per person
- No renewals
- Only 1 hotspot per account at a time
- Allow 24 hours for processing when returning
- Hotspots are deactivated if overdue and three overdue returns will result in borrower restrictions
