The City of Round Rock is launching a new water consumption feature within our online Utility Billing Customer Portal in the coming months. This feature offers in-depth analytics on water usage and presents informative charts with historical consumption. In addition, the platform will furnish customers with tools to track water consumption, and to receive alerts for leaks and usage thresholds. Coupled with the user-friendly payment interface, City of Round Rock’s customers will be able to seamlessly manage payments, set up autopay and monitor water usage with ease and convenience.
