The Texas Department of Transportation made traffic changes on the IH 35 ramp reversal project on Sunday, Aug. 23.

Contractors completed milling, paving and restriping so that the existing ramps could be closed and the new ramps opened on IH 35 between U.S. 79 and FM 3406.

Changes

• The new north bound ramp exit 253 is open and existing exit ramp
• The new IH 35 north bound entrance ramp just south of FM 3406 is open and the existing entrance ramp just north of U.S. 79 is closed
• The new IH 35 south bound entrance ramp just north of U.S. 79 is open and the existing one has been closed
