The City of Round Rock is excited to congratulate Christine Tabuco and JessE Hernandez on winning the City of Round Rock AutoPay Sweepstakes. Working in conjunction with Utility Billing’s payment partner Paymentus, all City of Round Rock water customers had the unique opportunity to win a $500 gift card by enrolling in AutoPay or making three consecutive online payments.

AutoPay is just one convenient feature found within the City of Round Rock Customer Portal. Customers can pay using a host of options including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay digital wallets, as well as by
eCheck. Customers can also enroll in paperless billing to receive bills by email and/or text.

Additionally, customers can track water consumption to further manage their account and expenses. While we love seeing our customers in person, there’s no substitute for the ease and convenience offered by the Customer Portal.
