Play for Fall

Play for All Park, 151 North A.W. Grimes Blvd.
The Play for All Park will be decked out with surprise attractions at every turn! Enjoy a spooky stroll on the Brushy Creek Trail after trick or treating through the Village Pod and speeding down the Screamin’ Speedway. Creep through the Cobweb Castle, enjoy a moonlight movie, be entertained by our talking pumpkins and more. Special needs and general admission tickets are available for $10 at roundrocktexas.gov/playforfall — children age 2 and under are free. Proceeds will benefit the Play for All Foundation.
Public Safety Trunk or Treat
Sunday, Oct. 28

Public Safety Training Center, 2801 North Mays St.
Brought to you by Round Rock Operation Blue Santa, Williamson County Brown Santa, and Round Rock ISD Partners in Education Foundation, Trunk or Treat will feature a haunted house, carnival games, crafts, music, and, of course, candy! Toy and monetary donations welcome.
Fall Fun Fest

Old Settlers Park Festival Area, 3300 E Palm Valley Blvd
If you have a toddler or preschooler, you can start your Halloween Day early at Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department’s superhero-themed Fall Fun Fest. Bring your little ghouls and goblins for carnival games, hayrides, cookies and punch, storytime and much more!
Don’t forget to come in costume and bring a canned food item to donate to the Round Rock Serving Center.
Hometown Halloween

4 to 6 p.m.
East Main Street in Downtown Round Rock
Join us at Hometown Halloween for train rides on Main Street, a photo booth, Halloween art activity, live music, balloon artists and face painters. There will also be carnival games for all ages! Stick around from 6-8 p.m. in Prete Plaza (221 E. Main St.) for Music on Main, featuring Hector Ward & The Big Time.
Book Character Pumpkin Decorating Contest
Oct. 24 through noon on Oct. 31
Round Rock Public Library, 216 E. Main St.
Decorate a pumpkin (or gourd) as a book character or with a literary theme and drop it off at the Round Rock Public Library children’s desk for display from Oct. 24 – Oct. 31. Library staff will vote for the best literary pumpkins on Wednesday, Oct. 31. The winners will receive a Barnes and Noble gift card!
