Tuesday, Nov. 19, Update: The deceased are identified as Vincent Price, 20, Christa Weger, 58, and Julie Weger, 19. The preliminary investigation indicates that Price’s vehicle was travelling eastbound on FM 1431 when it crossed over into the westbound lanes and struck head-on the vehicle occupied by Christa and Julie Weger, after which a third vehicle crashed into Price’s vehicle.

The investigation is ongoing. Any witnesses are urged to contact Sgt. Justin Davis at 512-218-6654.

Monday, Nov. 18: At approximately 11:25 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 17, Round Rock Police Officers responded to a 3-vehicle accident in the 1700-block of FM 1431 between IH-35 and Stone Oak Drive.

Three individuals were pronounced deceased at the scene after Round Rock Fire and Williamson County EMS attempted lifesaving measures. The deceased are a 20-year-old male in one car, and a 58-year-old female and 19-year-old female in a second car, all Round Rock residents. Another four individuals were transported to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
