Digital streaming service hoopla Digital is now available at the Round Rock Public Library. Borrow and enjoy audiobooks, eBooks, comics, movies, TV, magazines, or music everywhere you have a screen—your computer, your phone, your car, even your TV.

hoopla syncs across all your devices, so you can stream titles immediately or whenever you’re in the mood. Most titles can also be downloaded to your phone or tablet.

How does hoopla work?

The Round Rock Public Library provides you 4 Instant Borrows per month. These Instant Borrows will reset every month, and you can borrow more than one title at a time.

Books are available for 21 days, videos are available for 72 hours, and music titles are available for 7 days after you borrow.
