Central Texas Refuse is continuing work to catch up from the delays encountered last week from the winter storm event.
Pickup the week of Monday, Feb. 6 is delayed by one day.
- Pickup normally scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 9 will be picked up Friday, Feb. 10
- Pickup normally scheduled for Friday, Feb. 10 will be picked up Saturday, Feb. 11
Regular pickup schedules will resume on Monday, Feb. 13.
Bulk items (the “plus 7” pickup outside of containers) were not collected on schedule this week; if you had additional items outside of your containers, please keep these bulk items at the curb as Central Texas Refuse catches up with bulk item pickup. City of Round Rock facilities and offices reopened at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 2.
ORIGINAL STORY:
Due to forecasted inclement weather, City of Round Rock offices and facilities, including Round Rock Public Library, Municipal Court, Baca Center, Clay Madsen Recreation Center and Utility Billing Office, were closed from 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, through 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2. Below are the impacts to City services:
Transit
Fixed route and ADA paratransit bus services in Round Rock will resume Thursday, Feb. 2, with CapMetro routes beginning at 10 a.m.
Municipal Court
ALL court dockets for Round Rock Municipal Court on Thursday, Feb. 2, are postponed and will be rescheduled. Individuals scheduled for an appearance will be contacted when the Court reopens to reschedule another appearance date.
Municipal Court cases can be paid online at roundrocktexas.gov/municipalcourt.
Utility Billing
Utility bills can be paid online at roundrocktexas.gov/paymybill or by calling 1-855-894-2392 (Be sure to select “#” after your CID number and Account number, i.e. XXXXXX# XXXXXX#). A deposit box is located at the corner of Bagdad Avenue and Sheppard Street at City Hall, 221 E. Main Street — check or money orders only.
