The City of Round Rock will host an in-person job fair to provide opportunities for local talent to connect with City Departments to fill critical vacancies and help job seekers find a fulfilling career opportunity.
Job seekers will have opportunities to meet face-to-face with City representatives regarding openings from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 23 at the United Heritage Center at Dell Diamond, 3400 E. Palm Valley Blvd. Attendees are invited to bring copies of their resume.
The City has recently taken several steps to retain and recruit employees, including increasing pay rates across the organization. Round Rock is well known for its strong management, and was awarded the ETC Institute’s national “Leading the Way Award” last year for its outstanding achievement in the delivery of services to residents. Our residents reported a 87% approval rate with overall quality of City services – which is 41% above the Texas average, and 39% above the U.S. average.
