RRTX Mobile allows residents and visitors to keep up to date with the latest City news and events, create service requests, check recycling dates and more. You can also track the progress of service requests using the app.

App users can search for City phone numbers and staff directory, make online payments to Utility Billing and Municipal Court, search our library of photos on Flickr, watch videos and even access our Code of Ordinances. You can also access our award-winning CityView map program via the app.

Using the service request feature, residents can snap a photo, report it to the city, and receive real time updates as it gets fixed. Residents can also comment on reported issues to request and provide additional information.

You can download the app in the iTunes App Store and Google Play by searching for “RRTX Mobile.” Windows Phones users should download the Public Stuff app in the Windows App Store, and add Round Rock, Texas, as their location if prompted.
