Intro to Chess – ages 15 to adult

Would you like to learn how to play chess? Or are you looking for a better handle on the basics? Join the Round Rock Public Library’s Intro to Chess class series, where you can learn the art and science of “The Game of Kings.”
The series will occur Oct. 22 and Nov. 5 in Meeting Room C, first floor.
Class size is limited to 10 participants, ages 15 and up.
About the presenter
Wassim Nassif has been playing chess since the age of 6. As an adult, he joined the Mechanics Institute Chess Room club in San Francisco. He has competed in many chess tournament sessions and has a lot of experience teaching chess to players of all ages.
