Citizens Police Academy

The Citizens Police Academy is a 12-week educational opportunity that gives residents a behind the scenes look at the many functions of the Round Rock Police Department. This hands-on course gives citizens an insider perspective on the realities of life as a police officer through participation in activities such as patrol scenarios, SWAT demonstrations, and more.

Classes will be held in the Round Rock Police Department’s Main Training Room (2701 N. Mays St.) on Tuesdays from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. beginning Sept. 3 until Nov. 26.
