Bulk Trash Pick-up

Now you can Spring Clean any time of the year!

Starting January 2025, you can choose when “spring clean-up” is convenient for you!

How it works:
  • In-City residents (water bill comes directly from the CORR) can schedule one free bulk pick-up per year.
  • Call Republic Services at 512-255-4980 one week before your regular collection day to schedule your annual bulk pick-up.
  • Place acceptable bulk items neatly at the curb by 7 a.m. on your scheduled pick-up day.

Note: You can also place up to seven bags or small bulk items at the curb with your regular weekly pick-up. Find out more.

If you live in a Municipal Utility District (MUD), please contact your MUD to find out if any clean-up events are scheduled in your area.

Accepted and Not Accepted Bulk Items

Non-Freon appliances such as washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, and hot water heaters can be placed curbside on your bulk pick-up day; however, they are not recycled. These can be recycled at the City’s Recycling Center during normal business hours.

*Freon appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioner units or other appliances that at one time contained Freon, are not accepted curbside. The following companies offer Freon appliance recycling services:
– Appliance Collector: 512-650-0528
