The Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department has several facilities that can be rented to host your event. Whether it’s a business luncheon, social event, family reunion, wedding or more, the city has recreation and community centers, parks and pavilions available for you.

Allen R. Baca Center

The Allen R. Baca Center is a 27,000-square-foot facility with a grand ballroom which can seat up to 150 guests theater style, an outdoor patio overlooking the amphitheater and rooms with tables and chairs included. The facility is ideal for business meetings, corporate luncheons, receptions, social events, and weddings.

  • Deadline to Book: 30 days or more 
  • Changes can be made up to 30 days in advance of rental.
  • All fees are due at time of reservation.
  • Setup and clean up must be done within selected rental times.
  • Weekday rental availability is limited due to Baca Center activities. Please contact the Baca Center for weekday availability and pricing.
  • Commercial/ for profit events in which a fee is charged to attend the event is prohibited.

Allen R. Baca Center provides viewing hours during the week when the facility is open.  No appointment required but we recommend calling Baca Center at 512-218-5499 ahead of time.

Rabb House

The Rabb House rental facility is great for weddings, special events, business meetings, graduation parties and more. The facility features an 1,800 square foot event room that expands to 3,000 square feet onto a balcony overlooking Brushy Creek. Amenities include tables/chairs, prep kitchen, restrooms, audio/video equipment and an outdoor grand staircase entry to the amphitheater with tiered seating.

Rabb House may only be rented out one year in advance.

Lights, camera, action! Musical concerts, theatrical performances, dance recitals and more can happen at one of our large open spaces. Centennial Plaza Amphitheater, Centennial Plaza or Sharon Prete Plaza.

Large groups, special events, and festivals require additional consideration and fees. Please fill out the Parks and Recreation Facility Request Form to consider your event.

The Centennial Plaza Amphitheater contained within Centennial Plaza is a separate facility and must be rented as such.

Kinningham House

The Kinningham House rental facility is great for weddings, special events, business meetings, graduation parties and more. The facility features 4,045 square feet of indoor space with roll-up doors connecting to the additional 2,700 square feet of covered patio space. Amenities include tables, chairs, prep kitchen, restrooms and audio/video equipment. 

Kinningham House Rabb House may only be rented out one year in advance.
