ESL Classes
If you are interested in registering for ESL classes in the Spring, please join our waitlist.
There will be no separate registration event for the Spring classes. We will use the waitlist to fill in any open seats in the classes.Schedule of Classes

Waitlist Signup
Classes began September 9, 2024. If you are still looking to be placed on the ESL class waitlist, please sign up below.
All interested students must complete both steps below, Pre-Registration and Registration.
Pre-registration
Pre-registration is required.
When pre-registering, you will choose a registration session. There will be one registration session in the day and one in the evening. Choose either the day or the evening registration session.
You will receive, via email, the date and time of where to report for registration.
Registration
Once you have pre-registered, you will receive an email with the date and time for the actual registration. You will come to the library to register for a specific class in person on the date and at the time mentioned in the email received when pre-registering.
Note: Classes are limited to 1 class per person and once classes are full, a waitlist will be started.
NEW students wanting to register for a Beginner Class will be instructed to report to a testing room BEFORE being allowed to register for a specific class and level.
ESL volunteers testing students will determine which class will best fit their level and needs before sending them to the registration room.
Post-registration
Once confirmed as registered and assigned to a class, students will attend classes beginning week of September 9th.Tech 1-on-1
We offer one-on-one help with smart devices, library databases, and/or computers. Our librarians can show you basic steps, answer questions, and troubleshoot minor issues.
Appointments are required and should be booked at least 3 days in advance. Appointments last 45 minutes. We’re happy to work with you more than once.
Keep in mind we are not technology professionals and may not have the solution to your issue. We’ll do our best, but in some cases, we may suggest you seek professional assistance.

Courses are replaced monthly with new material addressing emerging topics. On-demand videos in eight different languages taught by native-speaking instructors are also included.
