The Prevention Division provides a Foster/Adoption Checklist. This is for individuals applying for and requiring an inspection for foster care, adoptive care or a group home setting within their home.
This form will guide you through setting up your home in order to pass the required Fire Department inspection. Once the above checklist is complete, visit the City of Round Rock Permit Portal to create your account and schedule your home inspection.
