City Council
The City Council is the legislative and policy-making body of the city. It consists of 7 members elected at-large for 3-year, staggered terms. Elections are held annually on the second Saturday in May.

You can correspond directly to Council Members via citycouncil@roundrocktexas.gov, or send conventional mail to: 221 E. Main St., Round Rock, Texas 78664. If you have an immediate need to talk to a Councilperson, call City Hall at 512-218-5410.
City Council Meetings
City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday (7 a.m.) and Thursday (6 p.m.) of the month. Meetings are held at City Hall, 221 E. Main Street on the first floor.
Agendas and packets are posted online via Round Rock Replay – Agendas, and paper agendas are posted at City Hall 72 hours prior to a meeting. Council meetings are streamed live on Spectrum cable channel 10, Uverse channel 99, roundrocktexas.gov/tv, and Round Rock Replay – Live Proceedings.
