Construction on the City of Round Rock’s Fire Station 10 is underway at 4380 E. Old Settlers Blvd. with an anticipated 2026 completion.
The station will serve the city’s rapidly expanding northeastern side. It is located just north of Old Settlers Park, and near several neighborhood subdivisions south of Paloma Lake.

Braun and Butler Construction was selected in February by Round Rock City Council as the contractor for the $9.1 million project, which will utilize the City’s prototype fire station design—a cost-saving model used to standardize construction and reduce architectural expenses. McKinney York Architects refreshed the plans to align with the latest building codes and ensure continued compliance.
Fire Station 10 was one of three new fire station buildings approved by voters in the May 2023 bond election, which included $44 million in public safety-related projects. For more information on the City of Round Rock’s voter-approved 2023 GO Bond projects, visit roundrocktexas.gov/bond.
