The Public Safety Training Center (PSTC) was completed in 2018 as part of the 2013 GO Bond program. This project will build out the facility to include a new high-speed driving track and expand classrooms, which were discussed as part of the original design and cut from the first phase of the project. The track will allow public safety personnel to avoid travel costs for mandatory driving school, and give the City of Round Rock the ability to host and provide more training for first responders.
