Old Settlers Park Harrell Parkway Closure Update: Traffic Changes Coming Soon

Old Settlers Park is undergoing a multi-year renovation as part of Round Rock’s voter-approved 2023 G.O. bond projects. This transformation includes a new pavilion, stage and amphitheater, playground, expanded recreational facilities, realigned roadway with safe pedestrian crossing, pedestrian bridges, and enhanced sport courts to create a better park experience for everyone.

As part of this effort, the second phase of construction along Harrell Parkway will begin Monday, March 3. The northern section of Harrell Parkway (between Aten Loop and Old Settlers Boulevard) will transition to one-way traffic for approximately eight months. The roadway will remain open to southbound traffic only during this time.

All park facilities will remain open, but entrance routes to various areas may be impacted. Visitors should refer to the road closure map for guidance.
