BIG & GLOWING holiday cheer is coming back to Round Rock for 2 amazing nights in December! Join us for the annual Light Up the Lake, a 2-day holiday festival around the lake and festival area at Old Settlers Park on Fri, December 6th, and Sat, December 7th.
The event will feature SPECTACULAR giant balloons hovering over Bright Lake, amazing light show, LIVE music, holiday displays, holiday food and refreshments, crafts, family activities, yule log and more!
Please note: A portion of Harrell Parkway in Old Settlers Park will be closed! Yonders Point will need to be accessed from Old Settlers Blvd. or Red Bud Ln. Check out the map HERE for additional information.

Vendor Application
Vendor Booth Information:
We are primarily seeking Food and Beverage, Vendors. Retail vendors who fit the theme of the event will be considered on a very limited basis. Outdoor space is available in 10’x20′ plots and vendors will need to supply their own power. All booth spaces are outdoors. Food and Beverage vendors must comply with rules and regulations set forth by the City of Round Rock, Williamson Co. and Cities Health District, and the Texas Department of Health. Food and Beverage Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and inspections. Inspection by Fire Marshall will occur prior to event opening. Failure to comply with rules, regulations, and permits could result in dismissal from event.
In order to maintain a variety of vendors, Event Coordinators reserve the right to accept or deny vendor applications based on event needs. Please know that various categories of vendors will be limited to ensure a quality and well-balanced vendor area.
