We have compiled the following guidelines and forms to help you with your inspection, plans submittals, and permit applications.

Sprinkler System greater than 20 heads

 $100 Minimum Per System + $2.00 Per Sprinkler Head in excess of 20 heads (Two inspections included)

Sprinkler System under 20 heads

$100 (Two inspections included)

Additional Inspections (Partial/Phasing Inspections beyond those included in original permit fees)

Fire Sprinkler System Re-Inspection Fees

$100.00 for the third inspection
$250.00 for the fourth inspection and any additional reinspection after the fourth reinspection

Fire Suppression Systems Plan (ex. Hood, Paint booth, etc.).

$150 per system (Two Inspections included)

Alternate Auto Extinguishing Systems

Alarm Plans Greater than 5 Devices

 $100 Minimum Per Alarm System + $2.00 Per Alarm Device (Two inspections included)

Alarm System w/ 5 Devices or less, device for device, or a new panel replacement

Fire Alarm System Re-Inspection Fees
