The City of Round Rock is launching a more intense “Sports Capital of Texas” campaign. As part of that effort, the Mayor will appoint citizens to serve as Sports Capital of Texas Ambassadors. This group of Ambassadors will be charged with promoting healthy living and engaging the community in the Sports Capital of Texas brand. Once established, members will serve 2-year terms. For the inaugural year, term limits may vary in order to create staggered terms.
