About our channel
The City of Round Rock shares a government/education cable access on Time Warner Cable Channel 10 with the Round Rock Independent School District. The City controls the programming from noon to midnight. It is used only for government-related information and events.
The City also airs programming to subscribers of AT&T Uverse on Channel 99.
YouTube Channel
The City of Round Rock YouTube channel is a repository of our videos. Past episodes of the City's discontinued video magazine City Focus are available there as well as new video segments.
Watch Meetings Online
The Round Rock Replay system allows citizens and other interested parties to view public meetings archived back to 2007 on-demand. The system includes chapter markers at each agenda point as well as a comprehensive search to allow users to skip hours of video to see just the information they want.

Like the City of Round Rock on Facebook and each time we post a video, it will be available in your newsfeed - you can even comment on it if you like.
On-air Playback schedule
- City Council replays run at 7 p.m. Sunday and Wednesday, and 4 p.m. Saturday.
- Soldiers Journal, a newsmagazine produced by the U.S. Army, runs at noon Satruday and Sunday.
