The public hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by John M. Joseph on behalf of St. David's Healthcare partnership, LP, LLP, to request a variance for 2400 Round Rock Avenue (Round Rock Medical Center to locate a hospital within 1000 feet of a residentially zoned property. the proposed heliport is approximately 660 feet from the nearest residentially zoned property.
