Bulk trash pick up for Round Rock residents will be from Monday, April, 20 through Friday, 24. Residents may place large bulky items out with normal trash on regularly scheduled pick up days.
Bulky items include scrap metal, lumber, furniture, mattresses and appliances that do not contain Freon. All materials should be placed neatly at the curb. There will be quantity restrictions. Please call Round Rock Refuse at (512) 255-4980 for details. Due to the large amounts of material expected, some items may not be picked up until the second scheduled garbage day. Note: Bulk items picked up curbside are not recycled.
Items that should not be placed by the curb include televisions, computers, FREON appliances, automotive products or household chemicals. See recyclable options for these materials.
Please also note that tree limbs or brush piles will not be picked up. Tree trimmings should be taken to the Brush Recycling Center located at 310 Deepwood Drive. No fee for Round Rock residents (with water bill and drivers license) with less than two cubic yards. Fees apply to larger loads and all non-residents. The Brush Recycling Center is open daily (except Sunday) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information please call (512) 218-5540.
