This meeting rescheduled to Feb. 10, 2009 Public Hearing for Zoning Variance Request The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by John M. Joseph on behalf of St. David's Healthcare Partnership, LP, LLP, to request a variance for 2400 Round Rock Avenue (Round Rock Medical Center) to locate a hospital heliport within 1000 feet of a redidentially zoned property. The proposed heliport is located at approximately 660 feet from the nearest residentially zoned property.
