REI presents PARKing Day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, across from the Round Rock Public Library.

PARKing Day will transform a parking spot in downtown Round Rock to a public park for two hours on Friday, Sept 19. The event will be a celebration both of Round Rock's current public parks and their continued investment in parks for the future.  Round Rock Parks and Recreation, Round Rock Gardens, and REI will all be on hand to talk about local parks and give out information and coupons.
