The American Library Association sponsors National Library Week every year to highlight libraries, library workers, and the contributions they make to their communities.

This year National Library Week will be April 15 - 21, and the Round Rock Public Library has several special events for the occasion.

• Readers Who Have Made Their Marks will be displayed during the month of April.
• Round Rock Reads will pick a book for the whole community to read and discuss. Vote for your choice through May 20.
• National Library Week's Teen Literature Day with visiting author Elizabeth Batista.
