City offices closed for New Year's Day

City offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 2 for New Year's Day. The Clay Madsen Recreation Center will be closed from Dec. 20 to Jan. 1 for maintenance and will reopen on Jan. 2. Round Rock Refuse will not pick up residential garbage on Monday, Jan. 1.
