The Daffodil Dolls will host a Baby Shower for the Agape Pregnancy Resource Center in Round Rock at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, at the Allen R. Baca Center. 

Jo Markham, Director of Development for the Agape Center will be the guest speaker and will have a presentation about the need in the community for its services. 

The Baby Shower is intended to raise awareness about the purpose and mission of the Agape Center and we are requesting that attendees bring a gift for the Layette Room at the Center.  The Layette Room is always in need of diapers (sizes NB, 2, 3, 4), wipes, bottles, blankets, pacifiers, baby wash and lotion, books, baby toys, thermometers, nasal aspirators, bath tubs, along with other baby items and clothes that the girls can purchase with the points they earn for attending parenting classes. 

Be sure to mark your calendar and pick up some items to donate (items needed are listed on flyers throughout the building), this will be a great event that you won't want to miss.
