Round Rock New Neighbors, a Women's Group welcoming new and "old" neighbors in the community, will hold its March Luncheon and Program from 10:15 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, March 14, at the Fern Bluff MUD Community Center. 

Speaker will be well-known local author Sarah Bird.
