FREE Cardboard Boat Building Schools & Round Rock the Boat Regatta
Attend Boat Building School and take part in the annual "Round Rock the Boat Regatta"

Old Settlers Park will be full of spectators waiting to see who will float, sink or swim at the Round Rock the Boat Regatta at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 19. Contestants make boats out of cardboard and tape and will rely on their inventions to keep them afloat as they race across the lake at Old Settlers Park.

Attend one of our Free Boat Building Schools and learn the art of cardboard boat building.

• 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22 at the Allen R. Baca Center
• 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 24 at the Clay Madsen Recreation Center
• 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 14 at REI in Round Rock
