Learn how to cut and chop like a professional chef during the free Culinary Knife Skills Class at the East Williamson County Higher Education Center-Hutto (EWCHEC-Hutto).

The event, sponsored by Texas State Technical College, will be held from 6 to 8: 30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13, at EWCHEC-Hutto's temporary location, 555 Limmer Loop, in Hutto.

TSTC Chef Steve Mannion will teach you everything from how to cut, chop and dice like a chef to why different knives are used for different purposes.
