The Run for the Arts 5K is held in conjunction with the Round Rock Area Art Council’s Chalk Walk and Arts Festival. Runners will finish their run and then get to be the first viewers of the fabulous chalk art displays that are done right on the road surface of Main Avenue.
The race route will begin at Lake Creek Pool and finish at the intersection of Main Street and Burnet Road.
Awards: Top 3 overall male and female; Top Masters male and female; Top 3 in each age group starting with 10 and under, 11–14, 15–19, then in 10 year-increments starting with 20–29.
Awards will be presented at about 9:45 a.m. at the main stage in the Main Street Plaza in the center of the Art Festival.
