A senior center in Round Rock will celebrate its 18-year milestone! The entire community is invited to celebrate 18 years of Senior activities in Round Rock with a reception at the Baca Center grand meeting room. Come and enjoy cake, punch, program and games!

Eighteen years ago in Round Rock, a group of seniors, led by Allen Baca, got together and had a dream of a place where seniors in the area could gather to play games, exercise, dance, eat and socialize. The first senior center was located on Main Street, next to City Hall, in a former bank building. Seniors continued planning and dreaming and in 2006 the Allen R. Baca Center for Senior and Community Activities was opened. Since then we have grown to more than 1,000 active members and we continue to grow every day. Come join us as we celebrate, and see all that the Baca Center has to offer for independent seniors 50 and older.
