The public is invited to join the Friends for refreshments and a talk from local author, Karen R. Thompson.

Karen is a 7th generation TExan and a noted historian/author of books about Williamson and Travis Counties. She has written six books and contributes to several local publications. She is founder of the state-wide organization "Save Texas Cemeteries."
