The Round Rock Public Library offers classes to aid you in finding a job. This second class reviews the use of technology to organize and conduct a job search. It describes tools and strategies needed to use communication devices and computers to search for a job. Requires completing exercises and practice with search engines and databases to collect and store job information.
This is the second of two classes this month on how to find a job.
The class meets 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays twice a month, in the first floor computer lab. The classes are taught sequentially; therefore, students who attend the first class are guaranteed a seat for the remaining class.
Participation in computer classes is on a first-come, first-served basis. The computer lab doors will open 5 minutes before the start of the first class.
