The Penfold Theatre Company presents John and Jen: A Musical from Feb. 4 to 21 at the Hideout Coffee House and Theatre in Austin.

Showtimes are at 8 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and 7 p.m. on Sundays. Tickets are $20.

Students, seniors and groups of 10 or more get $5 off. Students can get tickets for $10 at the door in the hour before showtime with their student ID. Tickets go on sale Jan. 21. Call 512-850-4849 or e-mail for advanced group sales.

John and Jen: A Musical features Sarah Gay and Andrew Cannata and is directed by Michael McKelvey. It takes John and Jen on a forty year journey from the mid-50s to mid-90s, exploring the relationships between brothers and sisters, and parents and children during four decades of change. With a cast of only two people, John and Jen is a tour-de-force for two actors who take Jen and John from childhood, through adolescence and beyond.

Running time is 1 hour and 50 minutes. Rated PG.
