The Round Rock Police Department's Operation Blue Santa is gearing up for the holiday season. Operation Blue Santa will have a toy drive in Downtown Round Rock from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1 in conjunction with Round Rock Market Days. Make a donation or drop off a new unwrapped toy or wrapping paper.
