Registration for Kids' Clubhouse after school and all day camps must be done in person at the Clay Madsen Recreation Center office between 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Kids' Clubhouse After School Program
The Kids’ Clubhouse is an after school program for children in grades K – 5. This program runs through the regular school year and operates Monday - Friday from 2:45 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The Kids’ Clubhouse provides daily activities including homework/reading time, small and large group activities, sports, arts and crafts, science and nature, and special events.
The Kids’ Clubhouse provides transportation from Voight, Callison, Gattis, Blackland Prairie, and Forest Creek Elementary Schools. However, if your child attends another school and you can provide transportation, they are welcome to be a part of Kids’ Clubhouse.
Registration Information
All registrations occur at the Clay Madsen Recreation Center Administration Office, Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m.– 6 p.m. The registration process will continue until all spots are filled.
When registering, please note that all forms must be completely filled out. The following information will need to be provided: Parent/Guardian address, phone number, driver’s license, emergency contact information, name and phone number of child's physician, any other parties allowed to pick up the child including their name and phone number, and any other additional information including medications, allergies, and interests.
At the time of registration, you will be required to pay for the first month. For those parents/guardians who wish to secure their child’s spot for the entire year, a payment of $235 ($50 for August and $185 for September) must accompany each registration form. Those who pre-register for the year will still be required to make monthly payments by the payment deadline which is the 15th of the month prior to the month your child will attend, or your spot could be lost.
Toddler Treehouse Pre-school Program
This program is for children ages 3-5. It gives them the opportunity to explore and learn from A-Z and 123. It's a great classes to prepare your pre-schooler for kindergarten. There will be hands on crafts, cooking, games and tactile learning activities. MUST be completely bathroom independent. This program runs through the school year, September-May and goes from 9 am to 1 pm at the Clay Madsen Recreation Center. Children that will be registered for all sessions must pay a month in advance.
Ho! Ho! Ho! Holiday Camp
Come make cookies for Santa, swim with polar bears and join in reindeer games at Kids' Clubhouse Holiday Camp, an all-day program for children ages 5-12. The camp costs $80 and runs December 29-31 at Kinningham Park House.

Camp Payment Plans
The Clay Madsen Recreation Center and Round Rock Parks and Recreation offers a summer day camp payment plan for those parents who wish to break up their camp payments. Kapers and Kids and Rockin R Registration form and the Adaptive Camp registration form need to be completed when you register.
30% of each week registered will be required at time of registration
70% is due on the 10th day of the month prior to the camp weeks.

Rockin' R Camp is open for ages 5-12 years and is no longer a teen camp. Rockin' R Camp has the same activties and field trips as the Kapers and Kids Camp. If a Kapers and Kids session is full, we encourage you to sign up for the Rockin' R Camp. Kapers and Kids Camp
The HEAT is on this summer at Kapers and Kids Summer Day Camp. It will be lots of fun in the summer sun! Come to Kapers and Kids at Kinningham Park! CIT Leadership Program
Are you done with being a camper and ready for a new challenge? Then the CIT program is for you! During this two week program, you will learn leadership skills, do teambuilding activities and have the opportunity to look at the other side of camp, as a counselor in training. An application and interview are required to be in this program.
Hours: 7 am - 6 pm
Ages: 13 - 15 years
Cost: $150/session (2 weeks)

Summer Fun Adventures Youth Camp & Sizzingly Summer Teen Adaptive Camp
The Summer Fun Adventures Camp is for youth (ages 6-12) with disabilities. Sizzling Summer Teen Day Camp is for teens and adults (ages 13-21) with disabilities. These camps offer daily activities, each related to the weekly theme, including swimming, field trips, arts and crafts, sports, drama, cooking, group games and lots of fun! Youth camp's ratio is 1 staff member for every 4 campers. Teen camp ratio is 1 staff for every 5 campers. Campers must be able to behave and function within this ratio.
