This project includes renovation and/or development of the Clay Madsen, Lake Creek and Greenlawn Parks. Project development includes a hike and bike trail, a practice ball field, a community garden, a skate park, in-line hockey/basketball court, a dog park, a sand volleyball court, educational signage, bird viewing areas and standard park amenities such as picnic tables and benches.
