This project provides for development of an unrecorded subdivision by working with the existing land owners in the Ray Bergland area to achieve "legal lot" status and provide City infrastructure and services. The project will provide engineering, design, document production, infrastructure construction and recording of plats as well as development of existing private entrance access into public streets with utility infrastructure, standard pavement section, positive drainage and a cul-de-sacs at the end for Joyce Lane, Ray Berglund and Lisa Ray streets.
