This project provides for construction of the improvements needed to place a new foundation for the Westinghouse tank, including improved site drainage. Over the past few years the City's Westinghouse Road 100,000 Gallon Water Tank has experienced foundation failure.  If this condition is not corrected the tank and piping attached to the tank could develop uneven stress points that could cause material failures at these points.
