Remodels, finishouts and/or additions include residential swimming pools, storage sheds, decks, patios, room additions, structural demolition and house moving as well as commercial construction that is not new.

At the time of application, please submit the following:

• one (1) complete sets of plans and CD (PDF)
• permit fee, and
• a completed permit application (PDF)
• if commercial, energy calculations and an asbestos study, if applicable,
• if residential, a plot plan with the location of the construction drawn in.  (Please note, the plot plan will not be returned.)

The review time averages 1-2 weeks for commercial review and 1-2 business days for residential review. 

Once the permit is issued the general contractor will be contacted.  The red lined plans will be returned, and all pertinent paperwork will be attached to the permit.
