The Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department has several facilities that can be rented for a minimal fee. Whether its a business luncheon, wedding or family reunion, the City of Round Rock has many recreation and community centers, parks and pavilions available for your event.  Below is a list of the facilities available. 	Allen R. Baca Center  301 W Bagdad Building 2  The Allen R Baca Center is a 27,000-square-foot facility with a grand banquet room which can seat more than 350 guests, an outdoor patio overlooking the creek and kitchen facilities. The facility is ideal for business meetings, corporate luncheons, receptions, social events, and weddings. Call 512-218-5499. Rental rates vary by room size and facility needs. 	Clay Madsen Recreation Center 1600 Gattis School Road The Clay Madsen Recreation Center is available for rental! You can rent the full facility after hours for a lock-in and/or rent one of our available multi-purpose rooms for meetings and get-togethers. Don't forget the facility's indoor pool which is great for indoor pool parties year round! Facility Tour (PDF)
	Kinningham House 1000 S Creek Drive Kinningham house is in a nicely shaded 6.1 acre park with playground and hike trail. The house can hold up to 75 people and conatins two large activity rooms and a kitchen facility. This facility is ideal for weddings, receptions, family reunions, and special events.
	Sharon Hart Prete Main Street Plaza 221 East Main Street The Main Street Plaza is a 14,000-square-foot plaza that includes a 610-square-foot performance stage, 1,075-square-foot interactive water feature, built in seating with decorative lighting with a grass seating and lounge area, custom shade structure, custom art panels and a state-of-the-art multifunctional lighting system. Video Tour. | Rental information (PDF) We are pleased to inform our residents that the Main Street Plaza Fountain is water conservation friendly. The fountain recirculates and filters its own water source and has very little evaporation. Fountain Hours of Operation: 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays 7:30 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 10 p.m. Monday - Thursday 7:30 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 11 p.m. Fridays: 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturdays While you’re on Main Street, why not try one of our amazing restaurants and make it a day or evening of fun!
	Rabb House A new Rabb House rental facility is currently being designed to serve our residents. More information coming soon!

Rental & Deposit Fees for Kinningham
Resident:	$200 for four (4) hours*  $15 for each additional hour  $100 refundable litter deposit
Non-resident:	$225 for four (4) hours*  $20 for each additional hour  $100 refundable litter deposit
*please note that the initial four hours must include set-up and clean-up.

You may view the facilities by appointment from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Thursday. Please call the office at 218-5540 in advance to ensure that the facility is not rented at the time you wish to view it. Facility Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lakeview Pavilion at Old Settlers Park at Palm Valley
Lakeview Pavilion is surrounded by picnic areas, a playground, grills, shuffleboard, and horseshoe pits. This facility includes a restroom facility. Virg Rabb Pavilion at Old Settlers Park at Palm Valley
The Virg Rabb pavilion is located in Old Settlers Park off of Whitlow way. The covered pavilion has picnic areas, 11 brown metal picnic tables, barbecue grill, playground and shade. The pavilion is along a looped hike and bike trail. There are no restroom facilities at this pavilion. Portable restrooms are available. Electricity available for a minimal fee. Lake Creek Park
Facilities: 15 acres with pavilion, picnic areas, grills, playground

Round Rock West Park
Facilities: pavilion, picnic areas, tennis courts, playground, hike and bike trail
