 Dia De Los Muetos Volunteer Sign-up
Volunteer to help out Nov. 8, 2014

The City of Round Rock, Round Rock Arts and Round Rock Ballet Folklorico will be sponsoring a Dia de los Muertos procession and festival from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8 in downtown Round Rock. Dia de los Muertos is a traditional Meso-American holiday dedicated to the ancestors; it honors both death and the cycle of life.

Festivities begin at Prete Main Street Plaza, 221 E. Main St. at 3 p.m. Procession begins at 6 p.m. at Prete Plaza and moves to Cenetennial Plaza, 301 W. Bagdad. Music begins at 6 p.m. Participants are encouraged to dress up and join the procession to be part of the celebration.
