This project will extend the existing Reuse Waterline - Phase III, constructed with the Avery Center Project,  north from the Austin Community College Campus along College Park Drive approximately 2,900 feet.  It will terminate south of University Boulevard at a proposed waterline and tank easement, where a future elevated tank will be constructed under Phase IV-B.  This tank will provide 1.25 million gallons of elevated storage capacity for the Reuse Water System.
